Justin has been with G&H Claims Professionals (formerly Green & Hester, Inc.) since the opening in February 1995. He has 25 years of multi-line experience, 20 as an Appraiser/Adjuster. Justin has extensive experience in Heavy Equipment Appraisals, Auto Damage Appraisals, Auto and Truck Liability, Cargo and Inland Marine. He also has several years of experience in General Liability, Product Liability, Environmental, Mediations and Trial Monitoring. Justin is an active member of the Mobile Claims Association. Justin completed his training at Gay & Taylor Adjuster Trainee School, Gay & Taylor Liability School and Gay & Taylor Pictorial Program. He also completed an AIUA Property Training Course, Bodily Injury Seminars in Mississippi and completed a Medical Terminology course at the University of South Alabama. Justin holds licenses in Alabama, Mississippi, Florida and Louisiana and is a Notary Public for the State of Alabama. |

Brett has 19 years experience in the insurance industry, 15 as a multi-line Adjuster. Brett’s experience includes Commercial and Residential Property including mobile homes, Construction Defect, Mold Remediation and Liability Claims. He is also experienced in Auto Damage Appraisals including off road, heavy equipment and recreational vehicles, also including motorcycles and boats. Brett also has experience in Auto and Truck Liability, Cargo, General Liability, Product Liability, Mediations and Trial Monitoring. He also has extensive experience in Hurricane and Catastrophe claims and has served on several Catastrophe Teams. Brett served 4 years in the United States Coast Guard. Brett has attended numerous seminars for Continuing Education, including Mold Remediation. He also completed an AIUA Property Training Course. Brett has also received his Flood Certification through FEMA. He is an active member of the Mobile Claims Association. He holds licenses in Alabama, Mississippi, Florida and Louisiana.

Jackie has been with G&H Claims Professionals since the opening of Green & Hester in 1995. She has 9 years experience in Workers Compensation Third Party Administration and 11 years as a Claims Specialist. Jackie attended Georgia Tech wherein she completed training in Occupational Safety & Health, for both the General Industry and Construction Industry. She holds OSHA 30 Hour Cards for each industry as well. She is experienced in General Liability, Bodily Injury, Auto Liability, Occupational Diseases, Medical Records Review, Mediations, Hazard Recognition, Safety Training and OSHA Compliance. She also has experience in Workers Compensation and Liability Claims involving trucks and attended a Truck Litigation Seminar in 2006. She has 3 years of Mechanical and Architectural Drafting education and utilizes this skill in her 12 years experience in scene investigations and diagrams. Jackie is Licensed in Alabama, Mississippi and Florida. She is a Notary for the State of Alabama.

Tracie has been the Office Manager for G&H Claims Professionals (formerly Green & Hester, Inc.) since 1995. She relocated to Birmingham in 2003 however resumed her position as Office Manager and Adjuster in July 2005. Tracie has 16 years experience in clerical support as well as 24 years experience in customer service. She is proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Quickbooks. She has extensive experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable and serves as Bookkeeper for G&H Claims Professionals. Tracie also has 2 years experience as a Claims Coordinator for a multi-line insurance agency in Birmingham, Alabama, including experience in reviewing insurance policies for coverage verification. She also has experience in maintaining files and working closely with insureds, insurance companies and Adjusters in monitoring the status of claims. She is also a Notary Public for the State of Alabama. Tracie holds a license in Alabama, Mississippi and Florida. She has also completed her AIC designation.
